If the MED player library or similar Tracker type library have been
loaded (usually from playing a MOD before playing a sample) then any
AMOS samples will loop repeatedly.

I use AMCAF to get around this although there is a bug in that which
means that long samples get cut off..... not too much of a problem
really.
